The People of Nepheros

Sand Stragglers

Vagabonds. Thieves. Cutthroats and Rapers. A cesspool of unworthy brutes who take joy in their work as gladiators — beating men, women, and children to a pulp in the old Bahmarisian colosseums.

The Crimson Hoods

After the Mistress of Mist encroaches upon their land and attempts to save the fallen Aramain womenfolk, the curse of her touch is laid upon them, transforming them into cursed spirits. Neither human nor nepherim. The Crimson Hoods enact revenge on the men who governed and destroyed them. They wear red mini see through niqabs. You can see tendrils of their light brown hair framing their face.

The Jassaneers

Wise, cunning, and brilliant. The Jassaneers are a league of intelligent female spies, hailing from the Kingdom of Mayek. Their arrows are laced with poison of every kind and their aim never misses.

The Xaheem

Cold mercenaries from the scorching Bahmarisian desert. They travel through the sands like the passing of the wind. Gold is their god, vengeance is their way. A fearsome group of assassins.

The Lyornmar Legionnaires

Honourable men from every walk of life who have pledged allegiance to the Heir of Salantir. Loyal and brave, devoted to the emperor’s cause. They follow him into any battle, and into Death and the Great Beyond. The last bastion of good men and women in a time of darkness and betrayal. They stand to defeat the nepherim at every turn.

Massanaries

Descendants of the Western Webuian Wastelanders who had betrayed mankind during the days of Saint Salantir before the Great Blaze. They owe the Heir of Salantir a great oath to stand and fight alongside the Lyornmar against the nepherim…and the Hollowed Ones.

The Vashquinn

The greatest warriors from the lost empire of Shayenn. Their footsteps are soundless, their swords like whispers, their silence is your reckoning. Though they are few in number, their legend lives on in rumours and hushed wives’ tales. Situated in the guarded isles of Thousand Eyes.

The Solemna Sisters

High priestesses of the Solemn Sun faith from the Vandale. They worship the Hearth Mother and serve the Collective. They await the return of the Shadow King, sacrificing children on their high altars.

The Hollowed Ones

Traitorous Westerlanders who were scorched by the White Flame of Drakvas — Salantir’s great blood dragon. Their souls were trapped for a thousand years in the Nepheros. They are eager to escape the cold core of the earth and return to the Higher Realm and wreak havoc on mankind. They are no longer human. They serve the nepherim and the Shadow King.

The Men of Mist

The souls of slavers and pirates lost at sea. They are bound to the gargoyles posted on every end of the Dreadship, doomed to serve its captain alongside the sirens. Servants of the Mistress of Mist who transport the dead to the Unholy Gates leading to the Great Beyond.
